Thank you to everyone who registered their interest and submitted plays for the innaugural Garrick One Act Playwright Competition... "The Charlie Gregorini One Act Play Season".

Submissions have now closed and our readers are burning the candle at both ends to read all the plays - what an overwhelming response.

We had 204 Playwrights register their interest.
The amount of Playwrights who submitted entries was 58 and we have 80 plays to read.

Here are the next all important dates to mark your diaries with - stay tuned over the coming week for more details re the all important announcements!  Thanks again to everyone who has participated so far.

Competition Dates:
Closing date for entries – Wed 3^th June - CLOSED
Fri 3^rd July – Announcement of the 3 x Winning Plays
Sat 11^th July – Writers invited to introduce their play, reading takes place, incorporated with club social event – open to all club members and guests. (bar open/nibbles)

Auditions:
Tuesday 14^th July @ 7pm.
Cast immediately if possible. - 7 weeks – Audition date & rehearsals commence
Workshop:  1 week
Rehearsal Process: 6 weeks
