DramaFest & YouthFest 2009

The ITA are happy to announce the first details for the 2009 DramaFest and youthFest!

YOUTHFEST.

Darlington Theatre Players will host YouthFest at Marloo Theatre on Saturday September 19th.

Ms Kerri Hilton will be this year's Adjudicator.

DRAMAFEST.

The Xanten Centre at St Norbert College in Queen's Park will be the venue for DramaFest.Dates: September 25-28th (with the possibility of Thursday Sept 24 if sufficient entries are received)

Ms. Kate Cherry from Black Swan Theatre will be this year's Adjudicator

"Expressions of interest" for either or both of the above can be sent from now to:

davisrn@people.net.au or phone: 0402.249.249 (as most will realise these are the Secretary's contact details!)

To save the forests we are  trying an 'experiment ' this year by NOT sending out the usual Expressions of interest forms- but using 21st Century methods- THE INTERNET!!

We think ( and hope) that all? theatres have  at least one person on their committees on the internet, and that they do actually look at this site. Here's hoping.

All I need  initially are the following details:

Name of club/group

Number of entry kits required & whether for YouthFest/DramaFest or both

Contact details of club contact person (s)

Actual Entry Kits will still be sent out the old-fashioned way!

And we'd like to know by mid June PLEASE!!
