Clarification

I apologise. The use of "basic trade" was perhaps a little misleading. My bad. To quote the Web Site itself for the Screen Workshop;

PAC Screen Workshop 1 (SWS1)
This 6 week evening course (Tuesdays) is designed for those actors, filmmakers and writers who have had some training and/or may have experience but not necessarily in film and TV. It is not a beginners course, but as with all PAC Screen Workshop courses is advanced. However it will introduce participants to the unique requirements of working in film and television.

Acting for the Stage
Perth Actors Collective offer weekly evening classes for those wishing to increase their core Acting Skills. These lessons will be taught by experienced professional actor and director Noel O'Neil.

These are the two base courses and they do expect that you have some training and/or some experience. They are probably a little to much for a total beginner. I myself did the SWS1 (and a few of the SWS2) series some years back and found that the division between rank beginner and some training was rather thin. With only a few theatrical shows under my belt and minimal training, I was able to get a lot out of the courses.

The use of Basic Trade was implied more towards learning about industry expectations than actual training levels for which you need to have at least a basic understand of what you do.

Absit invidia (and DFT :nono:)
