Old Mill Theatre in South Perth opens this week with the hilarious comedy, The Venetian Twins by Carlo Goldoni

This tale of mistaken identity, scandals, swindles, unrequited love and general mayhem in 18th century Verona is suitable for everyone who loves a rollicking good comedy, fantastic set, beautiful costumes and a cast who are thoroughly enjoying themselves in bringing you this translation by Ranjit Bolt of Goldini's comedy.

This translation was made originally for the Royal Shakespeare Companyin 1993 and played to instant acclaim. Director Vanessa Jensen who saw it in England fell in love with the play and is delighted to bring it to south Perth's Old Mill Theatre.
