The National Institute of Youth Performing Arts (NIYPAA) is looking for people to fill short-term vacancies in our Institute Awareness programme through school Term 3. The job will involve visiting schools, speaking to Years 2-7 about the program offered by the Australian Youth Choir and the Australian Youth Dance Theatre and conducting short musical activities. The position will suit students available between 9.00am - 3.30pm, one or two days a week. Successful Applicants Require: 1 Outgoing personality 2 Understanding and interest in the Performing Arts 3 Ability to sing in tune 4 Confidence in speaking to large groups 5 Mobile phone 6 Working with Children Check 7 Reliable car and ability to read a map Auditioners will receive award rates and travel allowance.
