FREE PERFORMANCE - Australia Vs South Africa
Sun, 24 Feb 2008, 06:45 pm
By popular demand !
...actually, it's because of a teachers strike.
We've had a whole morning's audience cancel on us. But because of one private school booking, we'll still be doing the show - to about 30 kids.
So we are opening this to anybody who is free and interested to come and see a performance of the local hit of the Perth Festival.
Only catch is: it's at 11.15am on a Thursday. (This Thurs the 28th.)
And it's at Kalamunda. (Is that another catch?)
If you are one of the many who missed out because we'd sold out, or had just not gotten your act together what with everything else happening at the Festival, this could be your lucky chance to see a brilliant one-hour comedy (albeit without the benefits of the Subiaco Theatre space) about Sports fanatics and international rivalry.
So the deal is: rock up to the Kalamunda Performing Arts Centre at 11.00 on Thursday, and help pad out our audience so we don't feel like we're playing to an empty house (seeing as we got so used to packed houses!)
Check out the review section here to get an idea of what we're offering. Open to anybody, adults have loved it, we've had young kids enjoy it too but we recommend it to over 12yrs because of the medium coarse language.
And it might be an idea to check back here before you go, just to make sure that the show is still going ahead as planned. If there are any changes to this plan I'll announce it here by the night before.
Cheers,
Craig
