Lost Is My Quiet- Rechabites Hall September 07
Sat, 15 Sept 2007, 10:18 pmProudly presented by The City of Perth, The Prickly Pear Ensemble's acclaimed production of Lost Is My Quiet by John Aitken is part of the 2007 Pride Festival at The Rechabites' Hall Theatre.

Living in a terror ridden South-East Asian city, Jody Fielding is a writer of voyeuristic pulp fiction: "Somehow I've got this gift, the way I use words.... I can make the reader feel he's actually having sex with the most exotic women in the whole of Asia". He shares his life with Libbie, an ex hooker who feeds him stories from her lurid past. They are visited by Simon an ex lover of Jody's who claims to have become a born again Christian. Simon feels that he is being shadowed by his doppelganger, or an exact copy of himself. Trouble is, the doppelganger is a born again serial killer. Does Simon actually have a doppelganger or is he simply one seriously deranged young man?
