Fri, 4 May 2007, 10:21 pmDare 2 Audition is releasing a new website in July with a professional user friendly format and we are calling all performers to register at our site (free) add your profile to our Talent Search System with headshot & CV as we have lots of private casting coming up in the next couple of months. We have numerous casting calls on both Casting board 1 (mainly paid) and Casting board 2 (mainly unpaid). Basic registration is free and if you wish to host your show reel, receive sms when new auditions are posted, have a gallery of your own images, link to your agent, enjoy all auditions accessed in Audition Central then this level of membership has a small yearly fee. Register for free and view the membership benefits for our private level of membership or simply use the site to send your electronic applications and be part of our Talent Search system. We have many directors & agents joining Dare 2 Audition. Continually rated the no.1 Acting & Audition Resources Management Site online. Furthermore - and sorry for the additional post, but I just thought of this - Google only ranks you higher according to a bunch of metatags (go look it up) that you have added to your site. You can increase your chance of getting a higher ranking by including the most popular tags (even if they are not related to your service) used in Google searches.
A high ranking also depends on what words you input into the search engine. If I put in Dare2Audition.com, naturally the first link you come up with is your site. Put in Australian theatre - your site didn't come up in the first five pages. Put in 'Australian theatre auditions', and your site is all the way at the bottom of the first page.
