The issue is not whether actors got work from them but how well they looked after their clients [their business practices] and the question of acting as agents while charging up-front fees [illegal in Qld & NSW]. The issue of whether an actor gets work from an agent, particularly an agent whose books are always open to everyone, depends on the availability of work to which that agent has access. And that is a different matter. There is only so much work to go around and getting an agent doesn't necessarily solve the problem in the individual case. Jim
