agents reputations
We find them very easy going, but are still waiting for payment for jobs done several months ago. We are new to this industry, maybe the time period is normal?

Several Months??!!
Several Months?? as in MONTHS?? no no no, get on their bakcs. Ring all day long. That is a LONG time. I run an entertainment agency, and the rule is 30 days. Yes, Sometimes shoter, sometimes longer. But by a week or so, that's it! Bear in mind the money must go from the client, through the company, to the agency, and then to you. But really.. give a week to each transaction and it's still 30days!!
