House Location Needed for Short Film (Paid)

FixedPoint Productions is seeking a suitable house for two days filming in early January, preferably the second weekend of the 13th and 14th. The requirements are that the house contains a separate kitchen and bedroom with high ceilings, floorboards and is preferably old in design. It would also be best if the location was sparsely furnished. So if you have some property gathering dust or don't mind your house being rearranged for a weekend, we are willing to pay. Currently the budget offers $200 cash for the shoot, and everything will be put back in it's place by the crew when filming is complete.
