The Old Mill theatre regrets to announce that the season of A Moon for The Misbegotten has been cancelled due to the illness this weekend of one of the actors. Due to the nature of the play it has not been possible to replace them at less than a week's notice. Everyone associated with this production is deeply upset and concerned for the actor and wish them well. The theatre hopes to be able to re-programme the play some time in the new year. Walter Plinge said: "On the contrary, cast member pulled out due to current symptoms of depression and hematemesis. Cold feet is far from the case." Nevermind. We are in the process of getting Kevin Spacey to fill in the missing role as he is playing James Tyrone in the 'Old Vic' next month and coincidentally that is the character that has pulled out of the 'Old Mill' production. An email was sent earlier on today. Kevin won't be available until the end of December obviously, but fingers and toes crossed and balls as BOLD as brass, we await his reply in trepidation! We'll also keep you posted. http://www.oldvictheatre.com/whatson.php?id=29 To Cory Jones - As hematemesis is more typically a result of stomach ulcers, I sincerely wish you the best of health and that you make a speedy recovery! And don't let that 'black dog' get you down :) cheers, CH
