"A Hard God" CANCELLED
Sat, 8 July 2006, 12:34 pmDue to the serious illness of one of the cast of "A Hard God", Harbour Theatre have had the make the difficult decision to postpone "A Hard God" until further notice.
We tried desperately to fill the role, but, in conjunction with the director, cast and crew, felt that to put on a play without the original cast or without our usually high standard would not be fair for our members and patrons. We hope to present "A Hard God" sometime in 2007.
We are in discussions to still present a play for the July Season, though it may be delayed for a week or two. Further details will be posted out once arrangements have been finalised.
Harbour Theatre apologise for any inconvenience and hope you understand that this decision was not taken lightly and the health of our cast and friend is of the utmost importance.

You guys must be the most unluckiest theatre group on the planet, with productions cancelled due to sick performers or malcontented actors dropping out. How do you cope?
