Just to let you know that there is another conference that may be of interest
to a number of people. It is being held in Canberra in September and looks as
though it will be fantastic.
The inaugural Australian Theatre Directors Conference 2006
The Directors Conference is being hosted by the Australian National University on the 11th and 12th of September 2006. The conference aims to engage professional directors, aspiring directors and academics in dialogue and practical exercises about a range of issue faced in theatre practice.the conference also hopes to provide an opportunity for directors to network with their industry peers.
Aubrey Mellor OAM, The Head of NIDA and acclaimed director will give the keynote address
"I would be privileged to give the keynote address at this very necessary conference.”
