Hi all. I've recently finished a play and was hoping to find theatres interested in reading with a view to workshoping and producing new plays. Thanks, CEEJ

Try the Playwrights' Notice Board and the Bury Man Writers centre Best of Nic

You can also try the Australian National Script Centre, who offer dramaturgy services, or one of the State Writers Centres (they usually have limited info on plays). Or you could try the Australian Script Centre (www.ozscript.org) and Scripts Australia (http://scriptsaustralia.com.au). You can also enter your script into local competitions or approaching an amateur company. Professional companies are harder to introduce a script to, so if you do want it professionally produced, either put it on yourself, or work with a new/emerging company.
