Sorry I haven't been back to you earlier on this. Took me a while to figure what was going on....
You have two accounts registered on the site with the same email address - the private messages are for the other account.
I'll message you the details.
If anyone else is encountering a similar issue, let me know via the feedback form under the about menu.
