anyone out there...

Anyone out there with a fantastic agent that gets them as much work as possible??? For those of you out ther (you lucky things) I was just owondering what other work you have outside of the performing arts to make ends meet when there are slow periods in the industry. How easy it to keep a job when you may have short notice of a booking and thats the most important! In full time work now but I know its not going to work if I am successfull in gaining entry to this agents books. And just a quick poll question. What do people think of paying an agent 15% instead of 10% but there is more of the chance of getting bookings as their numbrs are VERY small and they ant to look after their actors/singer/dancers??? Oh and for those of you missed the last blog... How many people on a boutique agencies books approximately. What are your approximations for a "BOUTIQUE" agency! Thanks again guys
