a very simplae question

How many people approximately on a boutique agencies books? Also what is peoples perceptions on the difference of a management agency and just and agency? I thought I might get some opionions before making career decisions... How exciting... I think its finally all coming together and it took about oh... 15 years... started when I was 6! Cheers!!!
