Exchange Program

Just chatting with some friends today and they were looking for an alter for a show they are doing but they have been unable to find one and have been forced to spend money out their own pockets to get one made. It bought to light the idea of an exchange program amongst theatre groups - particular on a state level. Exchange of props, scenery and costumes. Similar to a hire process. It's just an idea and with the added bonus of allowing other theatres to form valuable contacts and become mre aware of each others activities. Just a suggestion but what do people think? Is it possible to arrange state wide exchange programs to help theatres out with props, scenery and costumes etc. possibly based at a website of sorts? ~ Tari
