Singer in need of HELP!!

I am a 27 year old singer who would love to get involved in musicals, the only problem is I wouldnt no where to start! Does anyone have any advise on where to look, how to really get involved and noticed. I have no experience in musicals but have been involved with singing in choirs - local and also with the Victorian State Singers. Thanks :)
