I'm Home

Well I've just got home after watching the opening night of a one man tribute to Benny Hill, written by the performer, that I directed and did sound design for. An interesting experience. My employer (the writer actor) has an ego the size of china (not entirely undeserved) and is incredibly unwilling to part with a single word he wrote. But it went well and the small charity audience for the fund raising preview seemed to have a great time. I am not a great fan of Benny Hill but Matt is and actually made him come alive tonight. More power to him. Now for the official opening night tomorrow with the critics (watch this space) and a run of three weeks. Well at least I don't have to go every night, I can get some work done.
