Acting for Camera is a series of weekly acting classes for actors who want to learn and improve their screen-acting skills for ages 16yrs – Adult. Conducted by acting teacher Dan Eady, these classes cover the essentials of performance for the screen as well as everything you need to know about how the industry works. Script work is complimented with sessions on audition technique, cold reads and personal presentation. Scene work is recorded and reviewed to enable constructive feedback of your progress. Max - 14 actors per class. 7 week term. He has worked for many productions and companies. Some of these include, QTC, La Boite, Queensland Arts Council, Strut & Fret Productions, GFS, QPIX, and he most recently appeared in the ABC series The Gods of Wheat Street. He is a co-initiator along with Christopher Sommers of Scene-O-Rama, a project devoted to the development of professional actors serious about the craft of screen acting.
