‘The Marriage of Flavio & Isabella’ – an authentic yet contemporary comic tale full of love, revenge, twists and turns as a group of zanni set out to solve a festa doomed! 10 characters / 3 actors. With special direction from Antonio Fava.

This show has had 2 sell-out seasons in Adelaide Fringe 2011 & 2012, sold out performance for the Commedia Showcase at Nexus Multicultural Theatre Nov 2011 and performed as part of Italian Day for the Art Gallery of SA in 2010.

Suitability: Year 7-12. And of course adults who love to laugh!

Minimum requirements: 3x3m stage space with easy access to audience + 3 tables and 3 chairs. A standard drama space or school theatre is fine.

It is a myth that Commedia dell’Arte had links to street theatre and ’Carnivale’, therefore, Commedia con Corinna prides itself in continuing the ‘correct’ Commedia dell’Arte.
