Not to be missed! Acclaimed Irish play set in the mountains of Connemara, County Galway. It tells the darkly comic tale of Maureen Folan, a plain, lonely woman in her forties and Mag her manipulative ageing mother. We also meet Pato Dooley, Maureen's first and possibly last chance of a loving relationship and Ray his bumbling younger brother.
WINNER OF 4 TONY AWARDS in 1998. A non-professional production of this play won 10 Awards at last year's Victorian Drama League Awards.
Please Note: This play contains some contemporary language and a brief scene with violence.
Cast: Kate Bowers as Maureen, Sandy Green as Mag Folan, Tony Jaeger as Ray Dooley and Keith Hutton as Pato Dooley.
Production: APRIL 25 to MAY 11 at 8.15 pm
Matinee Saturday April 27 at 2.30 pm.
Gala night with Supper: Saturday May 4.
