DRAMAWEST DRAMA EXPO
A wonderful event for anyone interested in any or all facets of Performing Arts. We have over 46 exhibitors coming to the expo. Professional Theatre Companies, the ITA, lighting, sound, make up , stage fighting, publishers, Universities etc, everyone will be there.
The day runs from 10 am until 6pm and you can come for as little or as long as you like. Stay the whole day! There will be a sausage sizzle available and cakes, biscuits etc.
On the hour, every hour, we have free demos and workshops going on upstairs. These include: 11am - Stage Fighting midday - Playback Theatre, 1pm - Fantasy make up demo. 2pm - Pro Design lighting, 3pm - Theatre Sports 4pm - suprise!!!
For just paying your $5.00 at the door, everyone will receive a free ticket to the Graduate Dramatic Societys production of Hamlet at the New Fortune the next day! What great value!
Everyone in the Perth theatre community should come to this expo. You will be able to talk to people in the industry, find out what is available ( for all you people who want to find good one act plays for festivals, come and talk to the publishers!)
