Silly Cow tells the outrageously funny story of Doris Wallis, a loud, rude, and eccentric tabloid journalist whose favourite pastime involves trashing actors and their work! Her shy assistant, Peggy, is always by her side, as her conservative accountant, Douglas, looks over her business expenses. Her hippie boyfriend, Eduardo can’t lay off the “ecstasy”, while her pompous, future editor, Sydney, tries to offer her a new job in Europe.
As the plot develops, Doris suddenly finds herself involved in a hilarious turmoil of events! With one surprise arising after the next, she soon realises that sometimes, you donÂ’t even know who your friends really areÂ…
