For 'Confusions', Alan Ayckbourn has written a suite of comic vignettes. 'They vary from fairly frenetic farces to melancholic pieces'. Rehearsals have been great fun which is always a sign of a good show.
The 5 short pieces are farcical, tragic and inevitably very human in the way he has misdirected intentions and created situations we will all recognise, if not in ourselves then in those we know.
Everyone is talking but who is really listening? It is the perfect piece for the intimate ballroom setting at Woodstock.
