Garrick One Act Weekend with Blak Yak Theatre

ONE ACT SEASON WEEKEND– FRIDAY 20TH AND SATURDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER. It is not long until our one act weekend! Three plays are going to be performed, two from Garrick theatre and one from Blak Yak Theatre. Garrick is very happy to be able to work with Blak Yak theatre again this year for their one act play. Doors open at 7.15 for an 8pm start. The shows are as follows, The Visitor Written and Directed by Hayley Derwort Molly Roberts is hiding two big secrets, one of which has just arrived in her office to cause mayhem and mischief. This is one visitor Molly and her coworkers won't want back. A Candle on the Table Written by Patricia Clapped Directed by Dale James Set in a 1930’s retirement Home Fractures Written by Nicole Pearce Directed by Nicole Pearce and Cicely Binford. Fractures is a work following the intertwining of 4 people’s stories These shows are being presented over two nights as club nights for members, friends and family. A small gold coin donation is required for entry. No specific seats will be allocated but for catering purposes please book through Elaine Gilberthorpe on 9378 1990 or via email at bookings@garricktheatre.asn.au A pizza supper will be provided after the show. The bar of course will be open with drinks at our normal bar prices with full eftpos facilities available. This is a great chance for us all to get together.
