Drawing on elements of Film Noir, the play follows Jack, a mentally disturbed screenwriter who is caught up in a series of drug-related murders. Soon the police are knocking on his door as he is caught up in a nation-wide manhunt for a serial killer. The situation escalates when an investigative journalist with a grudge arrives to cover the case, and Jack is forced to seek treatment from the sinister psychiatrist Doctor Holcomb. Can Jack prove his innocence, or is his fate already sealed?
