2012 MAJ MONOLOGUES COMPETITION - THE FINALS Presented by the Brainbox Project Wednesday 2 to Saturday 5 May, 2012 DownStairs at the Maj, His Majesty’s Theatre 825 Hay St, Perth The Competition: Earlier this year, we went searching for Western Australia’s hottest playwrights. The brief was: “be creative, entertaining, funny or dramatic with an expected performance duration of 8 to 10 minutes to the topic ‘Modern Gods’, and you could win $3,000.” The Finals Season: Every night during the finals season, Perth’s leading actors will perform the winning monologues selected by the judging panel. Even we don’t know what to expect!
