Description Who Knows follows the story of Russel and his friends. It is the eve of the Annual Doctor Who convention, as the delegates arrive they notice the president is missing under mysterious circumstances. Shortly after an odd and large package arrives setting into motion an evil plot to reclaim power, recognition and former fame. Will everyone survive? Will the convention go ahead? Who Knows.....
