Pictures is a documentary style look at the day to day of South East residents, from the prominent to the misunderstood to the obscure.
Twelve South East people were given a disposable camera late in 2005, with instructions to take photos over one typical day of their life.
The people selected included such disparate people as a policeman, a chef, a fishermen, the group mixing local high profile people and individuals with jobs people donÂ’t have a full understanding of Â…
The developed photos were given to the Mainstreet Writers group (A group of up to ten southeast writers. Formed in July 2005) the writers picked a photo or group of photos as inspiration and write a short play about it.
From the day to day in the South East, Pictures emerges, stories from the funny to the absurd.
