CURTAINS UP

Hornsby Musical Society is pleased to announce their involvement in the 2011 Hornsby Arts Festival. Their cabaret CURTAINS UP will feature performers from around the area -- some familiar faces from recent shows such as Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Wizard of Oz and Curtains, as well as some new faces you will be bound to see in Hornsby’s upcoming productions such The Sound of Music. Items will include a raft of music theatre favourites with some fun and quirky new music theatre entr’actes to entertain and delight audiences of all ages. The show will be performed in cabaret style with audiences invited to bring a supper to enjoy whilst they are entertained and await the lucky door prizes to be drawn. The show will be held at Mt Colah Community Centre. Pierre Close, Mt Colah on November 11th and 12th starting at 8pm sharp. Audiences will get a special sneak preview of what’s on offer at the Arts Festival Opening in Hornsby Mall on October 22nd between 10 & 2pm.
