RHONDA BURCHMORE IS LEGS 11 MUSICAL DIRECTOR Ray Alldridge and band Wednesday 1 June Cabaret and Comedy Carnivale Season 2011 Over twenty five years as a leading Australian musical theatre and cabaret artist and still wowing audiences with her sensuality, comedy, dance, energy and phenomenal vocal talents, Rhonda celebrates 2011 in a chronicled performance of her life coinciding with the release of her auto-biography of the same title. LEGS 11 will feature the music and stories of her life on stage with legends, stars, politicians and royalty whom she has entertained and worked with, including Mickey Rooney, Ann Miller, Anthony Newley, President Clinton, Princess Diana, Tommy Tune and David Atkins – to name a few. Rhonda will also select songs from many of the shows she has starred including: Sugar Babies, Hot Shoe Shuffle, Stop The World I Want To Get Off, Easter Parade, An Evening With Sondheim, Annie Get Your Gun, Guys & Dolls, Into The Woods, Respect: The Musical Journey Of Women, Mame, The Drowsy Chaperone and of course Mamma Mia. She will also include songs from her four released albums self-produced and acclaimed productions, Fever and My Funny Valentines.
