Stories from Suburban Road By T.A.G. Hungerford | Adapted by Alan Becher | Directed by Christine Ellis Based on Tom Hungerford's autobiography, Stories from Suburban Road vividly portrays the pleasure and pain of growing up in South Perth between the two World Wars. Each cast member tells an animated tale of Tom's experiences over seven stories, which charmingly evokes a shared knowledge and memory of a golden age gone by. Stories from Suburban Road plays at Stirling Theatre, Morris Place, Innaloo over 9-11, 15-18, 22-24 September 2011. All performances begin at 8pm, except the Sunday matinees at 2pm. Tickets are $20 full, $18 concession and $14 for members and can be booked through Morris News on 9440 1040, or purchased at the box office on the performance. Discounted group bookings are available through Morris News.
