Mandurah Little Theatre Presents
Annie
Directed by Monique Kinnest
“Annie” is set in USA during the depression period of the 1930s and contrasts the dismal unhappiness of that time with the brightness of those who were fortunate to have money.
It includes an interesting portrayal of President Roosevelt as a kind sensitive man who was genuinely interested in the welfare of his people.
New members to MLT, Georgia McGivern playing the title role of Annie is superb. Included in the charasmatic cast are local talents of Sean Read as Daddy Warbucks, and Carole Dhu as Miss Hannigan. Other support cast will delight and amaze the audience with their performances.
This production is a 'Must See" this January.
