An Afternoon of Double Happiness

On Sunday 29th November 2009, Out of the Box Theatre will draw inspiration from The White Rabbit Collection in the inner Sydney suburb of Chippendale, and also offer gallery visitors a behind the scenes look into our playback rehearsal session. Opening in August 2009, the White Rabbit Collection is Sydney’s newest home for contemporary Chinese art, offering an eclectic mix of media and styles of post-2000 artworks. Established and funded by the Neilson Foundation, White Rabbit aims to exhibit highly engaging works of contemporary art from China in an accessible environment. Join us for an afternoon of double happiness – a visit to the Gallery at 30 Balfour St Chippendale plus a look into the troupe in rehearsal between 4:15pm and 5:15pm in the Gallery’s digital media room. You may even like to share your own White Rabbit experiences and see them brought immediately to life through playback theatre. Admission to both the gallery and the rehearsal session is FREE.
