AddressStirling Theatre, Morris Place, Innaloo
Mystery and malign surround as the Stirling Players present a dramatic play adaptation of Agatha Christie’s well known thriller And then there were None at the Stirling Theatre.
Eight strangers are invited to an island to stay in the mansion of an unknown host who, as they are informed by staff upon arrival to the island, will not arrive until the next day. That evening, as all the guests gather at the mantle which holds ten little soldier statues, they hear a recorded voice accusing each of them of a specific murder committed in the past and never uncovered.
Frightened, the party retreats to bed, where almost everyone is plagued by guilt and memories of their crimes. Over the next few days, guest by guest is found dead, according to the dictates of the nursery rhyme Ten Little Soldiers. To the terror of the remaining guests, after each murder one of the figures vanishes from the mantle.
Audiences will be engrossed in this gripping suspense story where fate is seemingly controlled by the childish verses in a rhyme.
