Indulgence City. Nightclubs. Fads. Bingeing. Playground for the young and wealthy. Toxin Free. A one-house, one-inhabitant 'independent state' belonging to Alvin... The only Water Seller to holidaymakers and night-clubbers of Indulgence City. That is, until the Lord Mayor of Indulgence City, Alvin's ex-wife, employs Barry as competition. Will Alvin be forced to give up his water-only diet? Will the Lord Mayor curb her plans for a 24-hour party palace? Will Barry please put something over his Speedos? Surreal slap-stick and a hankering for the Woy Woy dishlickers lead Alvin and Barry's paths to criss-cross the boundaries of their respective states and hard-earned friendship. Snappy language, absurd characters and Carroll's inimitable sense of humour will easily resonate with theatre and non-theatre-goers alike.
