Rendezvous with Pascale at The Don
Prepare yourself for the delicious and sultry vocals of Parisian born-and-bred chanteuse Pascale when she visits the Don Russell Performing Arts Centre on Friday 2 May at 8pm.
This powerful and passionate cabaret performer, who regularly entertains to packed houses, brings to life the vibrancy of 1950s Paris.
Her impressive repertoire includes the haunting ballads of Edith Piaf.
Pascale and her trio also perform the music of other French singing greats such as Charles Aznavour, one of France’s most popular and enduring performers, Charles Trenet and Danny Brillant. Her lavish song list even has a touch of Gershwin.
Musical accompaniment from percussionist Marcus Perozzi and pianist-accordion player Ben Clarke delightfully complements the rich array of songs.
Since arriving in WA, Pascale has performed at some of Perth’s leading festivals and venues including His Majesty’s Theatre, Government House, Burswood Entertainment Complex and Art Gallery of WA.
Be transported back to Paris of yesteryear where life was full of romance and passion, with this special performance at The Don.
Admission is $28.40 standard, $24.70 concession and $20.90 students or groups of 10 or more. For bookings or information, please call The Don T: 9493 4577.
