"Hotel Sorrento" by Hannie Rayson is a warm and involving Australian drama that intrigues its audience to the end. Set in the early 1990s, the play explores the themes of national identity, expatriotism, familial loyalty and the roles that women take on within a family. It has had acclaim both on stage and as a successful film (nominated for 8 and won 2 AFI awards). Spectrum Theatre Group Inc is delighted to be presenting it in the seaside town of Merimbula.
