Psssst! Listen very carefully, I shall say this only once...Stage Artz Theatre Company is proud to present ‘Allo ‘Allo. Based on the hugely popular TV series, the stage version of 'Allo 'Allo follows the adventures of Rene, the hapless cafe owner in war torn France, as he and his wife Edith struggle to keep for themselves a priceless portrait of the Fallen Madonna with the big boobies by Van Klomp, stolen by the Nazis and kept in their cellar in a knockwurst sausage. Rene, working with the French Resistance is hiding two British airmen in his cellar as well. To add to this dilemma, communications with London is by way of a radio disguised as a cockatoo. Matters come to a head when Hitler announces a visit to the café, and tricksters impersonating Hitler invade before his arrival. Will Rene be able to save his cafe, or his staff or his wife, or his life....? 'Allo ‘Allo is written by Jeremy Lloyd & David Croft who wrote the original Television series. With clever writing, an impressive cast and an experienced production team, this comedy is sure to bring a smile to even the most discerning of audience members. ‘Allo Allo will be performed at the Zenith Theatre in Chatswood. A preview will be held on Wednesday 13th Feb @ 8pm, a Valentines Day Opening Performance will be held on 14th Feb with complimentary chocolates for all audience members, followed by performances on Friday 15th @ 8pm and Saturday 16th @ 2pm & 8pm.
