JMS Productions Presents... Considered Australia’s leading Coward exponent, raconteur/vocalist John Michael Swinbank brings his much-loved Noël Coward tribute to The Don. Swinbank romps through such comedy classics as Mad Dogs & Englishmen, Don’t Put Your Daughter on the Stage, Mrs Worthingham and A Room with a View. English born actor, playwright and popular music composer Noël Coward came to prominence in the 1920’s. Throughout his prolific career he has written numerous plays, musicals, revues, operettas, popular songs and has written, directed, acted and composed for many films. John Michael’s special affinity for the British composer’s material results in a stunning and distinct interpretation of the Noël Coward musical repertoire. Swinbank has performed his Coward repertoire in several prestigious locations including for the re-opening Singapore’s world famous Raffles Hotel, on board ocean-liner the QE2 and at The Oriental in Bangkok, for the Thai royal family. With piano accompaniment by Tim Cunniffe. ‘John Michael Swinbank is better looking than my old friend, Noël and very funny!’ - American novelist Gore Vidal
