High Society

Park Players is proud to present 'High Society' – the classic Cole Porter musical centring on the impending nuptials of the wealthy and pretentious Tracy Lord – as their 2007 production from 4-6 May. This 1998 stage version is based on the play The 'Philadelphia Story' by Philip Barry and the subsequent 1956 Hollywood movie 'High Society', and includes such Porter classics as ‘True Love’, ’Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ and ‘Let’s Misbehave’. Featuring a fabulously talented cast, full orchestra accompaniment, breathtaking sets and lavish costumes 'High Society' is sure to please audiences of all ages and keep all guessing as to just who will end up marrying who. 'High Society' will be performed at the Karralyka Theatre, Mines Road, Ringwood at 8pm on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 May, and 2pm on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 May.
