Acclaimed Play! A Puerto Rican teenager is accused of murdering his father in 1950's New York. Twelve middle-class white men retire to a small, hot jury room to determine his fate. The initial vote: 11 to 1 in favour of guilt and execution by electric chair. One man's ‘not guilty’ vote leads to intense examinations by the others of their innermost beliefs and feelings, along with a scathing indictment of the judicial process.
The now-classic 1957 film included, Henry Fonda, Martin Balsam, Lee J Cobb, E G Marshall, Jack Klugman and Jack Jack Warden. Gripping, penetrating, engrossing and thrilling.
