Two

This bitter sweet two-hander comedy is set in a pub in the north of England. It centres around a landlord and landlady who present an outward appearance of marital harmony whilst secretly avoiding a tragedy that threatens to destroy their relationship completely. This theme is echoed by their customers who battle with the same conflict between public facade and private conflict. This is both a hilarious and moving play, guaranteed to touch a nerve.
