Winner of the 1995 Premier's Literary Award, this play is based on the tale of "The Last Man Hanged in Australia", Ronald Ryan, at Pentridge Prison in 1967. It contains coarse language, nudity and violence. The dark moments of drama are interspersed with comedy as we follow the life of Ronald Ryan and the events leading up to a defining moment in Australian legal history.
The audience is invited to meet the cast, crew and author, Barry Dickins, at the opening night 'after show' supper.
