The Drama Students of Murdoch College (Years 8-12) present "The Shallow"; their own 1920s adaptation of Richard Sheridan's classic 1777 farce, "The School For Scandal".
"The Shallow" is about the eternal battle of good and evil in a world more interested in fashion, media-spin and appearance. Join Lady Sneerwell and her vicious circle as they weave a tangled web of intrique that ensnares two newly weds, two money-hungry brothers, a great aunt, a bad poet, a band of communist revolutionaries and the audience itself.
Performances will be held at The Nexus Theatre at Murdoch University on the 7th, 8th and 9th of August. We have a 7pm starting time.
