Another production for the Noosa Longweekend.
Elizabeth Kerridge has taken excerpts from Leah Purcell and Scott Rankin's "Box the Pony" and fused them with a black mixed-raced migrant woman's story of being black in Austarlia.
Using Simon McBurney's adventures, this play aims to transform both actress Rebecca McCarthy, and the audience with collaboration and collision - "the audience is the central participant in the play". Black stories, hard language, delightful humour and the breaking down of the fourth wall.
Evening performances and 5pm on Sundays.
