Once upon a time Mother Nature created the perfect garden full of trees, flowers and peopled with the Florets who were half flower-half human. There she raised her four daughters, Flare Goddess of summer, Lash Goddess of Winter, Frisk Goddess of Spring and Cloak of Darkness the bringer of night, and one son, Cascades God of Autumn. But things are not going well and Mother Nature is displeased. She calls a meeting with her children and Mayor Ornate, leader of the Florets, and demands to know why her garden is suffering from neglect. When they all blame each other Mother Nature decides she can bear it no more and declares she is opting for early retirement.

As sisters and brothers fight for control of the garden, the Florets are taken on a roller coaster ride of ever changing seasons and all the havoc that it causes. What will happen? How will it end? Who will be victorious?
